Event Packing — What it is and what’s changed

Event Packing: A key to less headaches at trade shows.

Ever worked an event booth?

Then you know the pain and panic of frantically rifling through a disorganized box of swag to find the right size t-shirt while your prospect or customer waits on the other side of the table.

The trick is to separate, package, and label your swag before your crazed fans even arrive. But ain’t nobody got time for that!

The reality is you’re pretty busy preparing all the other things that go into a great event.

Worrying about t-shirt sizes doesn’t rank high on the list.

That’s where Printfection can help take care of this for you with our Event Packing service.

With Event Packing, each piece of apparel is rolled, packaged, and labeled with a rubber band to identify its size and, if appropriate, gender.

No more fishing through piles of swag in a pinch, spending hours pre-organizing apparel before your big event, or picking at the residue left by sticky sizing stickers.

All you have to do is open the box and neatly display your t-shirts wherever you like at your booth.

Depending on how much apparel you brought, this easily saves 1-2 hours of time. Furthermore, your prospects and customers don’t have to waste time waiting on you.

And when you’re not ruffling through shirts like a neurotic squirrel, you can actually focus on engaging with your attendees.

Here’s what it looks like:

Rolled t-shirts with labels!

What’s new? Rubber bands!

Event Packing just got an upgrade! We used to roll apparel with a sticker wraps that would occasionally leave behind a residue.

Based on customer input, we now use rubber bands instead.

We’ve gotten awesome feedback from both customers and event attendees alike!

We can’t wait to get you swagged-out for your next event. Check out how to order Event Packing in this short video!
