I know, the title of the post is a bit strange. Lately I’ve been on quite the creative streak, please bear with me. Our company is growing really fast and I’ve written a lot of job postings in the last few months—this is my way little way of keeping it interesting. If you have enough energy to read through this, apply, and actually get hired I think you’ll find our company is even more interesting than the title of this post!
Our ideal “master of everything administrative” is extremely detail oriented, full of energy, extremely computer savvy, organized beyond perfection, and is a master of written and oral communication. I can’t emphasize master of oral and written communication enough—it’s even in your job title! Leave your business attire at home (you can wear a t-shirt to work every day) but make sure to bring along your polished interpersonal skills EVERY day!
Printfection is a small, rapidly growing Internet company providing software developers with an inexpensive way to leverage the power of customized t-shirts, stickers, and other physical products. Our software platform manages the creation and fulfillment of millions of customized products.
Your job is to relieve the General Manager and other staff of the day-to-day administrative tasks, owning them through completion. While your primary functions are administrative support & customer service-- you’ll have your hands in everything: bookkeeping, data entry, inbound sales and customer service calls, answering e-mail inquiries, processing returns, posting to our blog, monitoring the forums, organizing meetings, image approval, working directly with executive management, and more.
You’ll enjoy a competitive compensation package, full benefits, and a casual work environment where t-shirts are the norm. As we grow (very quickly, last year we grew 400%) your role will constantly morph and change. You need to be *in love* with change and perfectly OK with controlled chaos.
